Focus: How do animals survive in the ocean?
              (habitats and adaptations)

Duration: 1 hour

Max Numbers: 24 students per session (individual  
​                               headsets)
                              48 students per session (shared
​                               headsets)

Lesson Highlights: 

Students will dive under the ocean to observe different habitats and how they meet an animals needs.

Students will identify different adaptations used for survival by some of our friendly augmented reality animals!

As a group, we will compare a healthy reef with a damaged reef and discuss problems within the ocean and solutions for a healthy ocean. 

*Grades 4-6 will complete a worksheet during the lesson.


Please Note: Our lesson format uses group discussions, educator lead questioning and worksheets (for older groups) interspersed with the use of VR equipment to highlight focus areas. The use of VR equipment for each student does not exceed 15min, which is in line with product use recommendations.
